A little help.
A fuller day.

Meet Jennifer, in development. Service isn’t open yet.

Where things stand

More living.
Less figuring it out.

A ride to lunch. Groceries for the week. Finding someone to fix a leaky tap.

Everyday tasks can come with a surprising amount of screen time. Jennifer’s goal is to help you arrange them with the phone you already use.

Designed for landlines and mobile phones.
No app needed for the intended phone experience.

A conversation, not another app

An example with JenniferPreview
You might say

I’m running low on groceries. Can you help me with a few things?

Jennifer could respond

Let’s start with your list. What would you like?

Exploring this example never places an order, makes a call or books a service.

Your life. Your say.

Getting help should still feel like being in charge. These are the principles guiding Jennifer.

You get the final word.

We’re designing for clear details and costs, read back before you agree to an order or a ride.

Help on your terms.

Personal context should make things easier. You should control what Jennifer remembers and who can access it.

Family, with permission.

A family member could help pay without automatically getting access to your private conversations.

A few good
questions.

Straight answers about the idea, the experience and what’s still ahead.

Can I call Jennifer today?

Not yet. Jennifer is in development, and we have not completed a successful live call. The examples on this website illustrate the intended experience. They do not connect to a phone service or arrange a real task.

Will I need a smartphone or an app?

The service is being designed for an ordinary mobile phone or a landline. The goal is for everyday requests to happen through a conversation, without an app. Phone access and enrollment are still being developed.

What kinds of help are you working on?

Our initial focus is grocery delivery and rides, with other everyday tasks planned over time. Provider connections and coverage are still being developed. The examples illustrate our plans; they are not services available today.

Is Jennifer an AI or a person?

Jennifer is being built as an AI phone assistant. We are not offering a staffed concierge or promising that a person will take over a request. A clear explanation when a task cannot be done is part of the intended experience.

Can a family member pay or help?

That is part of the plan. The person using Jennifer, the person paying and any approved contact can be different people. Paying for service should not automatically grant access to someone else’s conversations. Enrollment and permissions are not available yet.

How much will it cost?

We plan to make access to Jennifer free, with a percentage transaction fee when arranging a purchase or ride. Purchases, delivery and other provider charges are separate. The fee amount and terms are not finalized. There is nothing to buy or pay for on this website.

Is this an emergency or medical service?

No. Jennifer is not an emergency service, medical provider or guaranteed monitoring service. Do not rely on this website or the planned service for urgent help. In an emergency in the United States, call 911.

Still taking shape

A familiar way
to ask for help.

We’re working toward a first live phone experience. Jennifer isn’t accepting service requests or payments yet.

The planned first release is invite-only, focused on groceries and rides. A launch date, provider coverage and transaction fee terms have not been announced.
